For the 8th time since its opening in 2004, the hotel wins the Platinum Hospitality Award.

For the 3rd time since 2004, Quality Suites Drummondville receives the Canadian Hotel of the Year Award, the most prestigious award from the Choice Hotels chain.

This award is based on a set of the most rigorous evaluation criteria. Quality Suites Drummondville was reviewed by hotel industry experts and was named Hotel of the Year for its decor, cleanliness and of course the excellence of our customer service.

The hotel received this honnor in 2006, 2011 and 2022.

Since 2005, Quality Suites Drummondville has received a number of other prestigious awards from the Choice Hotels chain including :

• Gold Hospitality Award in 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021.
  
• Platinum Hospitality Award in 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014.

To receive this award, the average rating given by travellers for the hotel on the TripAdvisor site must be 4 out of 5. In addition the hotel has to have been listed on the site for at least 12 months. The number or reviews received in the past year is also taken into consideration in the award criteria.
