Are your rooms cleaned if I stay more than one night at the hotel? No, but additional towels, washcloths, toilet paper, other amenities are available on request.
What is the time of arrival and departure during the time of COVID-19? We guarantee the room for check-in at 5:00 p.m. Check-out time 11:00 a.m. at the latest as cleaning steps take longer than normal.

Are public areas cleaned frequently? Yes, public areas are cleaned several times during the day.

The Quality Suites Drummondville team will be glad to offer additional items (towels, toilet paper, washcloths) to be placed at the door of your room in a transparent bag upon your request.
You can then drop your soiled items right in the same bag and an attendant will pick them up. The same goes for garbage and residual materials.
